Big City Life was the spiritual sequel to the Sorority Life game. This role-playing social game, was meant to let players explore life after college. Players in Big City Life could advance their careers, make friends, go on dates, get an apartment and eventually find love in the big city.
As the sole designer on the team, I was responsible for everything user interface related, from the layout and interaction flows, to the look and feel. I coordinated with producers and game designers to wireframe out all the major features of the game. I also worked hand in hand with the lead artists to concept out the visual style of the game. Once the visual look was decided, I created assets for the entire game, and worked closely with engineers to implement the assets.
